Auditing Services
The Delaware County Economic Development Corporation (EDC), Delaware County Redevelopment Authority (RDA; which includes the Delaware County Land Bank), Delaware County Industrial Development Authority (IDA), Delaware County Chester Waterfront Industrial Development Authority (DCCWIDA), and Delaware County Authority (DCA) are referred to collectively herein as the "Requesting Entities,” are requesting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to audit their respective financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 with possible renewal for two (2) additional one-year periods at the discretion of each Requesting Entity.
Delaware County Chester Pike Regional Main Street Plan Consultant
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is distributed and managed by the Delaware County Economic Development Corporation (“Delco EDC”). The Delco EDC is seeking the services of a qualified consulting firm or firms to develop a comprehensive economic revitalization plan, that may include application for DCED’s Main Street Designation. The area includes Sharon Hill, Folcroft, Glenolden, Norwood, Prospect Park and Ridley Park Boroughs, Delaware County, PA. The Consultant will develop a community engagement strategy that includes input from key stakeholders through a process over a period not to exceed six (6) months. The Plan will include a vision statement and five-year action strategy for the six boroughs based on community feedback and other relevant information.
Deshong Development Opportunity
This Development Opportunity is distributed and will be managed by the Delaware County Industrial Development Authority (“DCIDA”) on its own behalf, on behalf of the City of Chester Redevelopment Authority (the “City RDA”), and on behalf of the Delaware County Redevelopment Authority (the "County RDA"). Pursuant to the Court of Common Pleas, Orphan's Court order, the DCIDA is charged with developing the Deshong and adjacent parcel(s) (the “Deshong Parcels”) “to create tax ratable properties to benefit the City of Chester." The DCIDA intends to collaborate with the successful developer(s), using its best efforts to enable the selected project to accomplish the agreed upon goals. DCIDA intends to advocate for the project to the best of its ability.
Delaware County Industrial Development Authority Solicitor
The Delaware County Industrial Development Authority (the "Authority") is seeking responses to this request for qualifications and proposal ("RFQ/RFP") in order to select an attorney or law firm to serve as its Solicitor with respect to all matters coming before its board of directors, including governance issues, drafting of policies, conducting regular and special meetings, and proceedings relating to RACP, LSA and conduit bond issues.
