Auditing Services Opportunity

The Delaware County Economic Development Corporation (EDC), Delaware County Redevelopment Authority (RDA), Delaware County Land Bank (LB), Delaware County Industrial Development Authority (IDA), Delaware County Chester Waterfront Industrial Development Authority (DCCWIDA), and Delaware County Authority (DCA) are referred to collectively herein as the "Requesting Entities,” are requesting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to audit their respective financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026 with possible renewal for two (2) additional one-year periods at the discretion of each Requesting Entity.

These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, the standards set forth for financial audits in the General Accounting Office’s (GAO) Government Auditing Standards, the provisions of the Federal Single Audit Act of 1984, 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.

It is anticipated that a recommendation will be prepared for review and approval by the Boards of Directors of the Requesting Entities at their respective meetings, and acceptance of contract at their respective meetings in October, November and December. The Requesting Entities reserve the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. The proposal package shall present all-inclusive audit fees for each year of the proposed contract term.
