Delaware County provides Veterans with Photo ID cards that can be presented at participating businesses throughout the county to receive a discount in appreciation for your service to our country.

How to Get your FREE ID Card:

The Veteran ID cards are issued by the Delaware County Office of the Recorder of Deeds to any veteran who is discharged under honorable conditions. The ID card certifies that you have provided the necessary documentation: DD-214, or equivalent military discharge document, along with a valid, current photo ID to the Recorder of Deeds.

Complete forms can be returned to the Delaware County Commerce Center at 2 West Baltimore Avenue, Suite 200, Media, PA 19063 or returned via email to [email protected].

Please note the following details about the program:

• Discounts may be a percentage of the sale, a specific dollar amount, or both

• The Veteran Photo ID would be required to qualify for any discount

• Business enrollment in the program is active for one calendar year

• Participating businesses must give 30 days-written notice if they plan to withdraw from the program
