The Delaware County Commerce Center can assist businesses in the search for commercial and industrial property, and provide information essential to the location decision process.  We also manage all available federal, state, and local incentive programs.  We aid in the process of starting a business, and help to address any workforce development issues.  We can also act as a liaison for companies in working with the local municipalities and state agencies.
