Pennsylvania CareerLink is a cooperative effort to provide one-stop delivery of career services to job seekers, employers and other Interested Individuals. These services are also available in our local Pennsylvania CareerLink office at the Delaware County Community College (610-723-6000) and in Chester City (610-447-3350).

This is the county’s official homepage.  It includes a listing of the various departments under county government including contact information.  Also has a public access database of all property parcels within Delaware County.

Delaware County Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber of Commerce works to strengthen the local business community through informational and networking programs. The also assist in business start-ups and have an educational foundation.

Delaware County Transportation Management Association

The Delaware County Transportation Management Association (DCTMA) is an advocate for business’s transportation needs. They offer a combination of services to access a broad labor pool, to analyze the location and commuting options of employees, to broker transportation, and to provide support for commuting employees.

Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center

The Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC) is an organization dedicated to helping manufacturers in the Philadelphia region compete and grow.  They host several educational forums and networking opportunities for manufacturers.

Pennsylvania Technical Assistance Program

PennTAP helps Pennsylvania companies improve their competitiveness by providing limited free technology assistance to resolve specific technical questions or needs. Their focus is on smaller firms that may not have in-house personal or resources to resolve specific technology issues.

Widener Small Business Development Center

The Widener SBDC is one of 18 centers in Pennsylvania and is an accredited affiliate of the national network of Small Business Development Centers.  Their team of professional consultants works confidentially with business owners in Delaware County to help companies maintain a competitive edge.
